Take a closer look at the fascinating world of bats during Bat-Tastic at Teaneck Creek on Saturday, June 27, at 8:00 p.m. (Rain date: Sunday, June 28.)
As dusk settles, join New Jersey’s own bat man, Joseph D’Angeli for a guided walk through Teaneck Creek Conservancy. Using ultrasonic bat detectors, search for and learn about the area’s remarkable nocturnal bats in their natural habitat.

Fabricating for Fairies at Tenafly Nature Center: Sunday, June 28, 1:00 pm-3:00 pm
Let your imagination take flight during this fun, family-friendly program led by a TNC Environmental Educator. Enjoy a guided walk along the Fairy Trail before creating your own fairy house to take home using a variety of natural decorating materials.
Participants should bring their own base for the fairy house. Additional decorative items are welcome to make each creation unique. The program is open to adults and families with children ages 4 and older.

Kids Summer Pickleball Clinics in Fair Lawn: June 29-September 3
Pickleball is an exciting sport that combines fitness and fun. Summer clinics at Montclair Pickleball in Fair Lawn are designed for children who are eager to pick up a new sport or enhance their pickleball skills. It’s a fantastic way for kids to engage in a social and healthy activity that promotes teamwork and physical well-being. The clinics are run by coaches who are fun, experienced, and high-level players.
Summer pickleball clinics for kids ages 6-13 are offered in 5-week packages or you can pick your day. Sign up now!
