New Jersey LGBT Pride Month Event: In celebration of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month, Glen Rock will host its 3rd Annual Pride Flag Raising Ceremony followed by “Glen Rock Pride in the Park”.

Join community leaders, New Jersey legislators, Glen Rock residents, and LGBTQ advocates at Wilde Memorial Park in Glen Rock on June 1st beginning at noon for an afternoon of music, children’s activities, poetry, and an art gallery. Bring a picnic and enjoy an afternoon in the park.

“Three years ago, Glen Rock was one of the first municipalities in New Jersey to fly the Pride Flag in honor of Pride Month”, said event organizer Holly Goshin. “This year, we are celebrating the start of June as Pride Month with an afternoon full of activities that will bring members of our community together. This is an opportunity where community leaders, families and friends can all join together to celebrate LGBT Pride.”
