Keep the kids active this winter with these indoor pickleball clinics! Pickleball is an exciting sport that combines fitness and fun. The clinics at Montclair Pickleball in Fair Lawn are designed for children who are eager to pick up a new sport or enhance their pickleball skills. It’s a fantastic way for kids to engage in a social and healthy activity that promotes teamwork and physical well-being. The clinics are run by coaches who are fun, experienced, and high-level players.
Winter pickleball clinics for kids ages 9-13 are offered in 10-week sessions. Sign up now!
- Beginner Clinics run on Mondays from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm
- Intermediate Clinics run on Tuesdays from 5:30 pm-6:30 pm

Join Abma’s Farm for a hands-on kids’ activity centered around planting a lucky shamrock clover for St. Patrick’s Day. Children will create their own potted clover plant to take home, using a green terracotta pot with a drainage hole and easy-to-follow, personalized planting instructions. Each participant will also receive a shamrock-themed card, making the plant a fun keepsake or gift and a St. Patrick’s ay donut!

Tiny Tots Program at Lorrimer Sanctuary in Franklin Lakes: March 26-May 28
Bring the little ones for a fun-filled kids’ nature program at Lorrimer Sanctuary. Perfect for children aged 18 months to 3 years and their grownup, the program includes storytelling, outdoor adventures, learning, and fun. Tiny Tots runs on Thursdays, March 26 through May 28, from 10:00 am-10:45 pm and features a new theme each week.

Story Time with the Easter Bunny at Abma’s Farm
Celebrate the season at a festive Story Time at Abma’s Farm. The event will be held on Saturday, March 28, Tuesday, March 31, and Wednesday, April 1, with several morning and afternoon time slots to choose from.
Designed for little ones ages 3 and up, the program will feature an interactive story brought to life with songs, props, and puppets.
After the story, families can stay for a visit and photo op with the Easter Bunny in front of a farm-themed backdrop. Be sure to bring your own camera. Farm staff will be available to help take photos, or families can capture their own keepsake moments.

EGGstravaganza at the Bergen County Zoo: March 28 and March 29
EGGstravaganza is back at the Bergen County Zoo this spring! This family-friendly event takes place on Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29, 10:00 am-5:00 pm. Rain date is Saturday, April 4.
Children will enjoy a springtime adventure collecting eggs from stations located throughout the zoo. Be sure to bring your own basket for egg collecting! The celebration also includes meet-and-greets with the Easter Bunny, photo ops, and plenty of family fun. Carousel and train rides can be included for an additional fee.

Easter Bunny Breakfast at Stew Leonard’s in Paramus: Saturday, March 28
Looking for a family-friendly way to celebrate Easter? Don’t miss this special breakfast with the Easter Bunny at Stew Leonard’s in Paramus. Stew’s Chefs will be cooking up a delicious buffet including all of your favorite breakfast treats.
Balloon Show at Bergen Town Center: Saturday, March 28, at 11:00 am and 12:30 pm
The Bergen Town Center is hosting a Candy Twisted Balloon Show that you won’t want to miss. The lively, interactive performance blends comedy, magic, and balloon artistry, with plenty of laughs and opportunities for kids to take part in the show.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 28, with two performances scheduled for 11:00 am and 12:30 pm. Shows will be held in Center Court, outside the Children’s Play Area.
