Deacon Lex Ferrauiola of Tenafly Releases Inspirational Text

Deacon Lex Ferrauiola – husband, father, healthcare executive, and ordained Catholic deacon – has created a reflective and inspirational book to help guide others towards “experiencing God’s presence in everyday life.”

Just to Follow My Friend is a collection of homilies and reflections on the impact of God’s guidance in daily living.

“It is a work of love and faith,” says Deacon Lex Ferrauiola, who holds a BA in Philosophy and a MA in Pastoral Ministry. Having experienced a very successful multi-decade career in Information Technology, including the position of Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Hackensack University Medical Center, Ferrauiola has set his sights on spiritual healing.

Upon retiring from his CIO position in February, Deacon Lex plans to pursue pastoral ministry on a full time basis.

For those whom Ferrauiola cannot physically reach out to during his homilies at Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish in Tenafly, NJ, Just to Follow My Friend invites his thought-provoking words into their lives in the form of a handbook of reflections.

“God is love, pure unconditional love; a love that knows each of us by name; a love that sends us into life, and walks alongside us holding our hand,” says Deacon Ferrauiola.
