Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls is bringing its New England-style lobster rolls to Bergen County with the opening of its new Ridgewood location on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

The restaurant, located at 111 East Ridgewood Avenue near the Ridgewood train station, marks the brand’s second New Jersey location and will celebrate its grand opening beginning at 11:00 am.

As part of the opening celebration, customers can enter a “Free Lobster Rolls for a Year” contest running through June 19. Guests who mention “I LOVE LOBSTER” at checkout through May 27 will also receive a free side or fountain drink with the purchase of any lobster roll.

Owner Charito Dizon said she was inspired to bring Mason’s to Ridgewood after years of traveling to New England for fresh seafood.

“I didn’t think I’d be able to get that authentic freshness and flavor until I first tasted Mason’s,” Dizon said. “At that moment, I knew I needed one of these close to home.”

Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls specializes in traditional Maine-style lobster rolls and Connecticut-style warm buttered lobster rolls made with lobster sourced from Maine. The menu also includes crab and shrimp rolls, New England clam chowder, lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese, salads, and kid-friendly options including grilled cheese, hot dogs, and mac and cheese.

Founded in Annapolis, Maryland in 2014, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls has expanded to more than 30 locations throughout the United States and internationally.

The Ridgewood restaurant will be open daily from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. For more information, visit Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls Ridgewood.
