There will be another competitor in the Bergen County chicken restaurant wars when Hot Chikn Kitchn opens in Paramus on September 17th.
Hot Chikn Kitchn is a fast-casual restaurant that serves up Nashville-style food, including sandwiches, tenders, wings, sides and more, kicked up with their signature premium sauces and made-to-order spices. Another popular Hot Chikn Kitchn menu item is the Mac and Cheese Bowl, which features mac & cheese topped with chicken, tossed in your choice of sauce or country sauce, sprinkled with shredded cheese, drizzled house-made sauce and topped with a panko crumble
Hot Chikn Kitchn was established in 2020. The flagship restaurant was opened in Woodbridge, Virginia, with the idea of bringing Nashville-style food to the area and across the east coast. The restaurant chain recently announced plans for a 200-location rollout goal and began breaking ground on new restaurants in 2021.
“As we look to expand our presence, we are exploring franchise partnerships that will help carry us into a strong future,” said Dave Wood, Chief Strategic Officer for Hot Chikn Kitchn. “We have a proven concept that has experienced rapid growth, and we are excited to continue with that momentum with partners who share in our vision and are focused on bringing our quality brand to more markets.”
The new Paramus restaurant is located at 315 Route 17 South, located inside Urban Bricks.
In addition to in-restaurant dining, Hot Chikn Kitchn in Paramus will also offer online ordering for pickup, delivery through third-party partners, and catering.
