Things to do in Bergen County!

Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Bergen County, in partnership with the Bergen County Parks Department, presents the annual Fall Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 27 and Sunday, September 28 at Overpeck County Park in Ridgefield Park.
The festivities begin with a special Friday evening preview on September 26, when the park will be open from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for rides and food trucks. Admission and parking are free all weekend, making it easy for everyone to join in the fun.
Visitors can explore a variety of 4-H and Master Gardener displays and exhibits that highlight the talents and creativity of Bergen County residents.
The Harvest Fair will feature arts and crafts vendors, local farm stands, and plenty of food trucks serving up tasty festival favorites. Live music will keep the atmosphere festive throughout the weekend.
Families will find a petting zoo, chick hatching demonstrations, and a range of educational, hands-on activities for children. There will also be games, a bustling midway, and plenty more to entertain visitors of all ages.
Guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation to support the Office of Food Security. It’s a simple way to give back while enjoying the event.
