Englewood Health Meditation Classes: Englewood Health is offering meditation classes for stress, anxiety and depression. Learn simple meditation techniques to help relax the body, center your mind, and build resistance to stress. With simple tools and strategies for making meditation part of your daily routine, you can transform how you handle stress, anxiety, and depression. Meditation can boost your mood and empower you to handle all of life’s stressors.

Englewood Health meditation classes take place at the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine, Englewood Health Main Campus, 350 Engle Street in Englewood and are led by Mark Van Buren, Mindful Living Trainer, yoga/meditation instructor, personal trainer, musician and author. Classes are open to beginners.

Class Schedule:

  • February 25th at 5:30 pm
  • March 4th at 5:30 pm
  • March 11th at 5:30 pm
  • March 18th at 5:30 pm
  • March 25th at 5:30 pm

The class fee is $10 per session and includes free valet parking. Prepayment and preregistration are required. Register here. Online registration closes 24 hours before the class.
