NJ Small Business Development Center Appoints New Regional Director

The New Jersey Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) has announced the appointment of Vincent Vicari as its new regional center director for Bergen County after a national search process.

"I look forward to serving the small businesses of Bergen County," said Vicari in a news release. As part of his duties, he will lead efforts in providing assistance for small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Vicari was the assistant director at the center. He holds a master of business administration degree with a specialization in organizational management and development, a bachelor's degree in business administration, and also a global/international trade certificate through America's SBDC national association and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Vicari also was a business owner and adjunct professor of business at William Paterson University.

NJSBDC's Bergen County office is located at Bergen Community College in Hackensack, New Jersey.

NJSBDC has 12 centers throughout the state. The organization provides management consulting for small businesses from all industry sectors and specialized training and workshops on related topics such as business planning and marking strategies. NJSBDC is part of non-profit network with a federal-state-educational partnership with America SBDC.
