Glen Rock Tribute Run 5K and Kids Fun Run: Friday, July 4 at 8:00 am
Enjoy running along the beautiful streets of Glen Rock in this community event on July 4th before the Glen Rock parade starts. Then stick around to enjoy the parade itself!
Proceeds benefit G.R.A.C.E., an organization set up after 911 to provide assistance to family members of those who died in the terrorist attacks. G.R.A.C.E. continues its work by maintaining the 911 Memorial in Glen Rock, and providing scholarship funds to High School Seniors in memory of Glen Rock’s eleven victims.

Bergen County Star-Spangled Spectacular at Overpeck Park Amphitheater in Ridgefield Park: Friday, July 4, at 2:30 pm
The New Jersey Wind Symphony and Bergen County are hosting a 4th of July bash you won’t want to miss! Bergen County’s Star-Spangled Spectacular takes place at the Overpeck Park Amphitheater in Ridgefield Park. The festivities begin at 2:30 pm and include:

- 9th New York Field Artillery Regiment
- Activities for Kids

Ridgefield Park 4th of July Celebration
Reading of Declaration of Independence and Ceremonies: The day begins at 7:30 am at Euclid Avenue and Mt. Vernon Street with a public reading of the Declaration of Independence at Memorial Plaza. At 7:45 am, the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America will lead a Flag Raising Ceremony. At 8:00 am at Euclid and Cedar Street, the Fire Department and Emergency Units will host a service awards ceremony.
Baby & Youth Parade: Kicks off at 9:00 am at Poplar Street and Euclid Avenue. Children from the village and surrounding areas take part by walking or riding in decorated carriages, floats, and bicycles. This year’s parade theme is “Celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the United States Army, Navy and Marines.”
Civic Parade: Starts at 11:30 am at Preston Street and Hudson Avenue. The route moves west to Roosevelt Avenue, north to Union Place, west to Main Street, and south to Brewster Park.
Evening Concert and Fireworks: The celebration wraps up at Veterans Field (Overlook Avenue and Poplar Street) with a concert and fireworks display. The Rutherford Community Band performs at 7:30 pm, followed by fireworks. Admission is free to all events.

4th of July Celebration at Foschini Park in Hackensack: Friday, July 4 at 4:00 pm
This party at Foschini Park in Hackensack offers everything you need for a happy 4th of July! And it’s free!
The celebration includes family games and food trucks beginning at 4:00 pm, followed by live music with Fillet of Soul at 7:30, and a fireworks spectacular at 9:00 pm.

Paramus Food Truck Festival and Fireworks Show: Sunday, July 6, 5:00 pm-10:00 pm
Get ready for an amazing Fourth of July celebration in Paramus! Before the fireworks light up the sky, enjoy the Pre-Fireworks Food Truck Festival followed by a spectacular fireworks display.
The festivities take place at Cliff Gennarelli Sports Complex. The Food Truck Festival runs from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm, followed by the fireworks display from 8:00 pm-10:00 pm. Find more information here.
