Maple Sugaring at the Hermitage in Ho-Ho-Kus

Learn how maple syrup is made at a family-friendly maple sugaring program at the Hermitage in Ho-Ho-Kus.

See how maple trees are tapped and learn the basics of the maple sugaring process from start to finish. Each family will receive a tap, tubing, and instructions to try tapping their own maple trees at home. The event also includes a chance to sample maple syrup made from last year’s tapping.
