Indoor Winter Pickleball Clinics for Kids in Fair Lawn: November 17-January 25
Keep the kids active this winter with these indoor pickleball clinics! Pickleball is an exciting sport that combines fitness and fun. The clinics at Montclair Pickleball in Fair Lawn are designed for children who are eager to pick up a new sport or enhance their pickleball skills. It’s a fantastic way for kids to engage in a social and healthy activity that promotes teamwork and physical well-being. The clinics are run by coaches who are fun, experienced, and high-level players.
Winter pickleball clinics for kids ages 9-13 are offered in 10-week sessions. Sign up now!

The Wizard of Oz at the Barrymore Film Center: November 28 and November 29
Bring the family out to see The Wizard of Oz (1939) at the Barrymore Film Center in Fort Lee! Enjoy this classic film on the big screen (the way movies were meant to be seen!) at one of the most talked-about Bergen County entertainment venues we’ve seen in a long time! You can catch the film in Friday, November 28, at 2:00 pm, and Saturday, November 29, at 1:00 pm. Find more information and purchase tickets.

Blippi: Join the Band Tour is coming to Bergen Performing Arts Center for two shows! Blippi, Meekah, their crew of musicians and dancers, and you will explore how sounds, rhythms, and instruments make music through all your favorite Blippi hits.
It’s an interactive, musical adventure that’s fun for the whole family!

Miss Jolie at Temple Emeth in Teaneck: Sunday, November 30, at 1:30 pm
Families are invited to enjoy a delightful hour of music and fun with Miss Jolie, a Bergen County favorite known for her energetic performances and catchy, kid-friendly songs. The show takes place on Sunday, November 30, at 1:30 pm, featuring music, dancing, and bubble fun!
Recommended for ages 3–6, the event encourages kids to sing, dance, and laugh along with Miss Jolie and her ukulele. Admission is $10 per adult, with up to two children free per ticket. Light refreshments will be served, and advance registration is requested.

Tiny Tots Program at Lorrimer Sanctuary: December 4-January 22, 10:00 am-10:45 am
Here’s a fun activity to enjoy with your little ones this winter! Perfect for children aged 18 months to 3.5 years and their grownups, this nature program at Lorrimer Sanctuary in Franklin Lakes includes story time, outside exploration, and learning about nature in age-appropriate ways. Note: The program is hands-on and children will get dirty and/or wet.

Crafty Critters Program at Tenafly Nature Center: Saturday, December 6, 2:00 pm-3:00 pm
Here’s a great activity to explore your artistic side! First, enjoy an up-close visit with one of Tenafly Nature Center’s Animal Ambassadors, then use your imagination to create an artistic version of your new animal friend.

SPIN: The Rumpelstiltskin Musical at Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell: December 6-December 21
Bergen County Players will present a holiday staging of SPIN: The Rumpelstiltskin Musical, running December 6–21 at the Little Firehouse Theatre, 298 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell, New Jersey.
Performances take place Fridays at 7:30 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm. Tickets are $19 and available at bcplayers.org, by phone at 201-261-4200, or at the box office. The 60-minute production is recommended for ages three and up and includes a cast meet-and-greet after each show.
SPIN offers a light, family-friendly take on the classic tale of a miller’s daughter, a kingdom in trouble, and a mysterious figure who can spin straw into gold.
