The Community Chest Fifth Annual Golf Outing in River Vale

Get ready to tee off for a great cause! The Community Chest of Eastern Bergen County is holding its fifth annual Golf Outing on Monday, May 5, Cinco de Mayo, at Edgewood Country Club, located at 449 Rivervale Road in River Vale, New Jersey. Edgewood, renowned as one of the state’s premier golf destinations, offers golfers a memorable experience, whether joining individually or as part of a foursome. Proceeds from the golf outing will directly support The Community Chest’s ongoing efforts to assist nonprofit organizations that provide essential services to residents in eastern Bergen County. These vital community initiatives include health and mental health services, career preparation, educational enhancement/college preparation, addressing food insecurity, and providing homecare services.

This year’s golf outing co-chairs are Matthew Bert Libien, Managing Director at Wells Fargo Advisors, and John Wilkens, Principal of Robert Wilkens Insurance Agency, a World Insurance Company.

The event kicks off with registration at 9:00 a.m., followed by brunch from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. A shotgun start is scheduled for 11:30 am, with cocktails at 4:30 pm and a dinner to follow, featuring a celebration, awards ceremony, and raffle.
