Teaneck International Film Festival Presents “Sally!” at Ethical Culture Society of Bergen County

Don’t miss the Teaneck International Film Festival bonus film screening of Sally!, a fascinating documentary that shines a light on the extraordinary life and influence of Sally Gearhart, a visionary activist, writer, and educator who helped shape both the feminist and queer movements. The film captures her creative spirit and her rare ability to bring people together across deep ideological divides.

More than a biographical portrait, Sally! is a timely reminder of how past movements for equality and inclusion continue to inspire today’s fight for social justice. It’s a must-see for anyone passionate about activism, progress, and the power of dialogue to drive change.

The screening of Sally! takes place on Thursday, November 13, at 7:00 pm at the Ethical Culture Society, 687 Larch Avenue in Teaneck, New Jersey. Visit teaneckfilmfestival.org to find more information and purchase tickets.

The film screening of Sally! is sponsored by the Ethical Culture Society of Bergen County, and features a talkback with  Jörg Fockele, Producer/Director (via Zoom), and moderated by Curt Collier.
