Revolutionary War Re-enactment at the Hermitage

Step back in time and witness American history come to life at The Hermitage in Ho-Ho-Kus! Members of the Outwater Militia will be on hand to recreate military life during the Revolutionary War, and none other than George Washington himself will be there to share the story of the time he and his troops spent at The Hermitage in 1778.

In addition to the reenactments, the event offers hands-on fun for the whole family, including live demonstrations of blacksmithing, lace making, colonial-era dancing, and open-hearth cooking.  Find more information here. The Hermitage is located at 335 N. Franklin Turnpike in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey.
