The New Jersey Highlands Coalition and Hackensack Riverkeeper are teaming up to go Over The Edge for Clean Water on May 31 at The Park Hotel at Meadowlands in East Rutherford, New Jersey. We had so much fun taking environmental awareness to new heights last year that we just can’t wait to do it again!  From the mountains to the meadows, from the Delaware to the Hudson, we are committed to preserving our precious water and wild places for future generations. Together we will make Every Drop Count for the 7+ million New Jerseyans who rely on water from the Highlands and the Hackensack River Watershed – every time they turn on the tap! Register today to reserve your slot and become a champion for New Jersey’s water future! You will have your own personal Over The Edge campaign page that will inspire your friends and families to support your effort to raise $1,000 to protect our vitally important water resources. Then on May 31 you will meet our other bold conservation allies in East Rutherford to rappel the exterior of the 21-story Park Hotel as you take in the stunning views of the Hackensack River Meadowlands and the iconic Manhattan skyline. A team of professional rope technicians help you every step of the way, from getting into your harness, learning how to use the equipment, and finally going Over The Edge to prove your personal commitment to preserve our rivers, lakes, wetlands, and the natural spaces that our critical to a healthy and sustainable future.
