Garden Club of Harrington Presents Getting Ready for Spring

The Garden Club of Harrington Park will hold its next meeting on Thursday, March 5, at 7:30 pm in Founders’ Hall at the Community Church of Harrington Park, located at 1 Spring Street.

Guest speaker and Master Gardener Christine Kozar will present Getting Ready for Spring, focusing on seasonal garden tasks that can be done now in preparation for warmer weather. Her presentation will cover winter-to-spring chores, along with practical tips for organizing garden routines and making the most of outdoor space.

Kozar, a retired middle school teacher, specializes in helping gardeners start or expand their gardens and has a particular interest in working with young people to explore gardening, the environment, and ecosystems.

The program will be followed by a “Q&A” session and refreshments. All are welcome to attend, from all towns, membership is not required.  For more information, visit the Garden Club of Harrington Park.
