This special seasonal class is designed for mothers and their little ones to move, connect, and celebrate together. Led by Santa’s helper, Jenna Muller, this joyful class blends gentle movement, balance, and fun holiday energy—perfect for all fitness levels. What is barre3? barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. Every class is designed to build functional strength, increase energy, and improve posture and mobility. Our approach is highly adaptable, making it ideal for new moms, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between. Benefits of barre3 for Moms & Kids:
