Yes, M.I.S.S. Inc. (YMI) is a college and career readiness nonprofit dedicated to empowering young women in Northern New Jersey to pursue higher education and profitable careers. Through college tours, company site visits, and professional development workshops, YMI connects students with seasoned professionalswho provide mentorship, answer questions, and offer career guidance. Our programs are free for female students ages 14-21, providing them with firsthand exposure to industries and professionals who can help shape their futures
