✨ GROUNDED & SEEN ✨ An Evening of Sound Healing + Portraiture

✨ GROUNDED & SEEN ✨ An Evening of Sound Healing + Portraiture

What if you gave yourself one evening to slow down, come back to yourself… and then allow yourself to be seen from that place? A special collaboration with photographer Anya Day of @anyafotoboudoir will take place on Thursday, October 15 at AnyaFoto Studio in Paramus. The evening will feature a unique event experience hosted at the studio.

The evening will begin by settling in together with refreshments and connection before moving into approximately one hour of sound healing with crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments. Then something beautiful happens. Each woman will step individually in front of Anya’s camera for her own guided portrait experience. No need to know how to pose. No need to perform. No need to arrive as anything other than yourself. The intention behind the evening is simple: First, reconnect with yourself. Then, allow yourself to be seen from that place.
