Inspired by the laid-back spirit of Euro summer, the pop-up brings together freshly sliced prosciutto and salumi, artisanal Di Marco Pinsa bread, and seasonal flavors in a menu of handcrafted Italian sandwiches. \

Area families are invited to come visit the unique pop-up space, designed as a traditional Italian salumeria, with features like hanging meats and artisanal displays. Visitors can sample flavors from creamy burrata and San Daniele prosciutto to bold soppressata and chili honey. Principe, an Italian brand of fresh deli meats with heritage dating back to 1945, has created each sandwich to capture the simplicity, freshness, and craftsmanship at the heart of Italian summer dining, no passport required!
