Join Hoboken-based yoga instructor & cat lady Ariana Garbaccio (@arianaagarbo) and FOWA Rescue for Kitten Yoga! Enjoy a gentle yoga class surrounded by adoptable rescue kittens, sip coffee from Wander & Whisker Coffee, and explore the NEW Happy Cat Hotel in Fair Lawn, NJ. This is an interactive adoption event that will warm your heart and leave you feeling lighter. Your ticket includes:

Why Kitten Yoga? Kitten Yoga helps rescue kittens socialize, build confidence, and experience new environments before heading to their forever homes. Instead of being confined to cages, like traditional adoption events, kittens are free to play, explore, and be themselves, while us humans enjoy a feel-good yoga experience that supports rescue efforts. Did you know? A cat’s purr falls within the same frequency range used in clinical nerve and tissue repair, meaning that cats don’t just calm humans emotionally; they calm us neurologically.
