Instead of measuring a successful networking event by how many business cards someone collects, Grow & Connect gives people an opportunity to have real conversations, learn about one another, and develop relationships that can continue long after the breakfast ends.

Attendees come from Franklin Lakes and communities throughout Bergen County and Northern New Jersey, representing different professions, businesses, organizations, and industries. Whether you are an established business owner, entrepreneur, professional, community leader, or someone looking to become more connected with the local business community, you are welcome to attend.

Franklin Lakes Chamber membership is not required to participate in Grow & Connect.

The morning begins with coffee, tea, juice, and informal conversation. Coffee is ready at 6:30 AM, with Grow & Connect beginning at 6:45 AM. A light continental breakfast is provided.
