At the end of May, the sky blesses us with a rare Blue Moon — the second full moon of the month and a beautiful invitation to pause, reflect, release, and begin again. As the Blue Moon builds toward fullness, we invite you to float, surrender, and be gently held.

This restorative aerial experience uses silk hammocks set low to the ground instead of traditional bolsters and blocks, supporting the body through slow, gentle postures designed to bring the mind, body, and nervous system into deep relaxation. Pei will guide you through a soothing journey of low-flying aerial yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, and sound bowl healing, helping you soften what feels heavy, release what no longer serves, and reconnect to calm, clarity, and inner balance. Suspended just above the earth, you’ll feel safely held — cocooned in silk, sound, and lunar energy — as the vibrations of crystal bowls wash over you, inviting profound rest, awareness, and renewal.
