Frequency Reset Day brings together frequency healers, wellness educators, herbal wisdom, sound, and restorative experiences designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. Explore practices that support relaxation, grounding, balance, and greater awareness while connecting with a community of wellness practitioners and like-minded people.

The experience will feature wellness education and holistic practices, herbal knowledge from The People’s Herbalist, frequency-based healing experiences, community connection, and a deeply restorative Sound Bath by Elite Embodied.
