Dr. Shefali: Raising Conscious Sons and Daughters Book Tour Launch with P!NK at bergenPAC

Dr. Shefali will bring the launch of her new books, Raising Conscious Sons and Raising Conscious Daughters, to the Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC) in Englewood on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00 pm. The special book event will include a discussion with Dr. Shefali moderated by Grammy Award-winning artist P!NK.

The evening will focus on parenting, child development, emotional well-being, and the challenges facing children and families today. Each ticket includes a copy of either Raising Conscious Sons or Raising Conscious Daughters and admission to the discussion.

About Dr. Shefali

Dr. Shefali is a Columbia-trained clinical psychologist, internationally recognized speaker, and multiple New York Times bestselling author. She is the founder of the Conscious Parenting movement and is known for her work helping parents develop more connected and compassionate relationships with their children.

Her latest books address many of the pressures affecting young people today, including anxiety, social pressure, identity, emotional development, and the effects of an increasingly digital world.

Raising Conscious Sons examines the challenges facing boys as they develop their identities and ideas about masculinity. The book offers parents guidance for helping boys become emotionally secure, confident, empathetic, self-aware, and connected to a sense of purpose.

Together, Raising Conscious Sons and Raising Conscious Daughters explore ways parents can better understand their children’s inner lives while helping them build resilience, confidence, empathy, and emotional awareness.

P!NK Moderates the Conversation

P!NK will join Dr. Shefali at bergenPAC to moderate the discussion.
