Legendary Grammy winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Darlene Love will be honored and serve as the distinguished guest speaker at the annual Bergen Performing Arts Center Women’s Spring Luncheon on Tuesday, March 24, at 11:30 am. The event, held in recognition of Women’s History Month, celebrates Darlene Love’s extraordinary contributions to music and her lasting impact on the community.

Darlene Love’s career has spanned decades, with the legendary vocalist and actress earning widespread recognition for hits like “He’s a Rebel” and the holiday classic “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home).” A Grammy Award winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Love’s influence extends across music, film, and stage, inspiring generations of artists and fans.

“We are thrilled to honor Darlene Love at our annual luncheon. Her story, talent, and dedication to uplifting others exemplify the spirit of Women’s History Month and the values we cherish at bergenPAC,” said Valerie Huttle, bergenPAC Board Chair. “Darlene’s presence and message will inspire our community and empower the next generation of women leaders.”

The event will also include special performances by students from the bergenPAC Performing Arts School, highlighting the impressive young talent being developed within the organization. Their participation reflects bergenPAC’s ongoing commitment to arts education and supporting the next generation of performers.

Proceeds from the Women’s Spring Luncheon will support bergenPAC’s performing arts school, facility improvements, community outreach, and student programs helping keep the arts accessible and impactful for the entire community.
