Yudin's is in my opinion the worst in after sale service. It is now a year and after multiple service attempts to fix the indoor water tap and ice maker, I had someone come and fix their improper installation. On top of everything, after 7 phone calls to have them come to the house to see it, they refused. I am less than 7 miles from their store but after spending over $15,000 on applicances they wouldn't come and see the problem. Service after the sale is as important as the sale itself and in my mind, they failed.
