Get creative and add a personal touch to your Thanksgiving celebration! The Garden Club of Harrington Park will host its annual Thanksgiving Centerpiece Workshop on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 7:30 pm at the Community Church, 1 Spring Street in Harrington Park, New Jersey.

Led by Garden Club President Gerri Gibney, this popular hands-on “Make-It & Take-It” workshop invites participants to create their own Thanksgiving floral centerpiece, perfect for decorating a holiday table or giving as a gift.

Gibney will guide attendees step by step through the arrangement-making process, with plenty of opportunities to add their own creative touches. The Garden Club will provide all necessary floral supplies. Participants should bring pruning shears and any additional decorative items they would like to incorporate into their arrangements.

Gibney is a lifelong gardening enthusiast, experienced lecturer, and workshop instructor who has shared her knowledge of gardening, floral design, and seasonal decorating with numerous local organizations. She is also an antique dealer, writer, and founder and president of the Garden Club of Harrington Park, Harrington Park Historical Society, and Arts Council.

The workshop is open to all, from all towns. Advance registration is required by October 27 to ensure sufficient materials for all participants. The cost is $20 for Garden Club members and $25 for non-members. To register, email [email protected].
