Savor & Sound: A Restorative Evening at Toastique Ridgewood.

Some evenings ask you to do more. This one invites you to pause, receive and enjoy. Join Aloha Health and Wellness and Toastique Ridgewood for a special after-hours experience combining vibrational sound healing with a curated tasting of Toastique favorites.

The evening will begin with time to arrive, settle in and enjoy a sampling prepared by Toastique. Veronica of Aloha Health and Wellness will then guide you through an immersive sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments. You do not need previous sound-healing or meditation experience. Simply come as you are and give yourself permission to step away from the noise for a while.
