Jamit Bistro is a contemporary Caribbean fusion restaurant in the Redhook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Established by owner Dawn Skeete, the restaurant was created to honor and showcase the vibrant culinary traditions of Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
