Ridgewood July 4th Fireworks and Celebration: The annual Ridgewood 4th of July fireworks and celebration will take place on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. The day begins with a flag raising ceremony at Wilsey Square at 9:00 am.  The Independence Day parade kicks off at 10:00 am at North Monroe Street and Godwin Avenue. The parade is held rain or shine. The evening festivities begin at 6:00 pm at Veteran’s Field with live entertainment, food, and fireworks. Tickets are required to attend the evening celebration. Get ticket information here. The entertainment and fireworks rain date is Thursday, July 6.

The Ridgewood 4th of July Celebration, Inc. is a non-profit, all-volunteer group. The celebration is not part of the Village of Ridgewood government and receives no funding from the Village. Community support has kept the Ridgewood July 4th Celebration alive for more than 100 years. All aspects of the annual event are funded by donations from businesses and individuals in the community.
