SUMMARY:JC's Annual Kenilworth Street Fair & Classic Car Show
DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Borough of Kenilworth\, the Boulevard will be closed to vehicle traffic from 14th St. to 23rd St. and transformed into a giant block party from 10 am-4:00 pm. This event will feature quality exhibitors\, a special crafter’s section\, lots of great food\, kiddie rides\, a kids’ area\, live music and performances\, local merchants & civic organizations\, and a large classic car show. The car show starts on the west end of the event at 14th Street. SHOPPING Shop till you drop along the Boulevard with over 100 quality exhibitors selling jewelry\, handbags\, sports collectibles\, clothing\, home decor\, and more. There is a special section featuring handmade crafts from local and nearby crafters and artisans\, with unique\, one-of-a-kind items. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT Whether on stage or under our music tents\, you will enjoy the sounds of some very talented cover bands\, soloists\, dancers\, demonstrations from the local karate & dance studios\, and more. It’s also a chance to kick back and take a break in the music section\, filled with tables and chairs for your use. KIDS ZONE Plus lots of fun stuff in the kids’ zone all day\, where the children will enjoy this section filled with kiddie bounce rides\, slides\, interactive blow-ups\, face painting\, sand art & kids games\, and temporary tattoos\, just to name a few. FOOD TRUCKS As you stroll along the Blvd\, stop to have a bite to eat and sit at tables in our live music area. Come hungry and enjoy gourmet food truck favorites like a sausage & pepper sandwich\, cheesesteaks\, kettle corn\, chicken fingers\, ice cream\, zeppoles\, shish kabobs\, gyros\, fresh-cut fries\, fresh-squeezed lemonade\, Italian ice\, and many other great gourmet foods from the food trucks. CAR SHOW This year’s event will again feature a car show of Custom…Classic…Street Rod…Muscle Cars in front of Harding School (Enter from Boulevard & North 14th St./use 426 Boulevard in your GPS). Set up starts after 10 am. Registration  – Day of Show.  Cars must be registered by 1:00 PM to be judged. Trophies for Winners!

Delicious food…If contests aren’t your thing\, grab some delicious food from one of the many food exhibitors and trucks. This show is open rain or shine. \nSHOPPING If you like shopping this is the place to be. Come to shop at the exhibitor booths along Amboy Ave. There will be crafters & general merchandise vendors selling candles\, jewelry\, homemade dog treats\, toys & novelties\, cutlery\, hair accessories\, wood craft products\, crocheted items\, body lotions\, handmade candles\, home décor\, and much more. Don’t miss stopping by the many local merchants & civic organizations to see what goodies they have. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT There will be 2 stages of live music. The local stage on the corner of 4th St. and Amboy Ave. will have local performers and music. The main stage on 5th St will have regional bands. Tables and chairs will be set up for you to relax\, sit and have a delicious bite to eat. FOOD TRUCKS Great food is the flavor of the day!
