New Restaurant on Bergen County's Gold Coast Creating Buzz-cliffside-park-nj

Since quietly opening this past summer, Park Bistro in Cliffside Park, New Jersey has steadily built a loyal following of local Gold Coast area residents and business people. What started as a regional best-kept-secret has clearly filled a void in the Cliffside Park, Fort Lee area restaurant landscape. The buzz is big...Park Bistro is a great spot.

The cozy, intimate steakhouse, located minutes from central Bergen County, Hudson County and Manhattan, features a variety of outstanding dishes from Chef Michael Purpura. Exceptional appetizers, deserts and entrees, paired with a full bar and an impressive wine cellar, makes for the perfect dining experience.

Highlights include: Light, crisp zucchini chips perfectly complimented with dill sauce. Gnocchi Bolognese, the tastiest little dumplings you will ever have. Dijon-crusted tender rack of lamb, one of Chef Michael's signature dishes, garnished with white beans and fresh seasonal vegetables, Filet Mignon, grilled to perfection, served with warm roasted fennel and fingerling potatoes.

Desserts, also Chef Purpura's own creations, have become very popular with diners.

Management apparently runs a tight ship, and servers are attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant.

The Park Bistro is located at 700 Palisadium Drive (in the shadow of Winston Towers) in Cliffside Park, New Jersey.
