Bergen County’s popular Blue Moon Mexican Café will be giving back to the community this holiday season. On Monday, December 7, Blue Moon will donate 20% of diner bills (excluding tax and gratuity) to The Footprints in the Sand Foundation.

Diners wishing to make a donation must present a Blue Moon Footprints in the Sand Community Night coupon prior to ordering. Coupons can be found at http://www.footprintsfoundation.com/communitynightpdf09.

This offer is available from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm with lunch, dinner, take-out, and deliveries. This fundraiser is available only at the Old Tappan and Woodcliff lake locations and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or coupons.

The Footprints in the Sand Foundation is a 501 c (3) non-profit organization that helps children and families whose lives have been affected by cancer through financial assistance, as well as social, educational and psychological support, services and programs.

“This could not have come at a better time for the foundation” said Footprints Foundation Director Casey DeZorett. “With the holidays upon us, we’re seeing a big increase in the amount of families calling us for assistance. This gracious donation and support from Blue Moon will go a long way towards helping these families.”
