Experience a relaxing, stress-free approach to quit smoking that reduces withdrawal symptoms and helps you make lifestyle changes by focusing on increased self-esteem. This program, which is a part of Holy Name Medical Center's The Center for Healthy Living series of community events, uses behavior modification techniques and effective hypnotic suggestions to help you become a non-smoker.
The first hour of the two-hour session is dedicated to understanding the obstacles to change. The second hour is devoted to helping you overcome these obstacles with self-hypnosis. A 30 day reinforcement CD is included.
Sessions are scheduled for October 26, and November 30 at Holy Name Marian Hall, 718 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey.
Fees are $70 or $65 for Healthy Living members.
