Bergen County Food Event! Bobcat Saunders presents “Going Wilder In The Kitchen” at the Englewood Public Library on Tuesday, April 17, at 7:00 pm in the library’s Mackay Room. The program is free and open to the public, and no registration is needed.
“Going Wilder In The Kitchen” is a program about foraging sustainably, cooking and healing with wild edible plants, medicinal herbs, and mushrooms! Expand your knowledge of nature and worldwide cuisine at a talk with free samples of gourmet food from around the world, made with wild ingredients.
For 23 years, Bobcat Saunders has taught “Going Wilder in the Kitchen” classes about foraging, cooking and healing with wild plants and mushrooms, for Flat Rock Brook Nature Center, Tenafly Nature Center, Tenafly Senior Center, Maywood Library, Palisades Interstate Park Commission, Wave Hill and many more organizations.
